The Johnson & Johnson Official 7 Minute Workout App
The inventors of 7-Minute Workout collaborated with experts from Johnson & Johnson to create over 1,000 scientifically proven, 7-minute fitness routines. It has over 20 intensity levels and a Smart Workout feature that acts as your own personal trainer.
Enjoy multimedia workouts guided by personal trainers with the Workout Trainer app. It has a lot of customizable options and is easy to use at home or the gym. You can take a free visual fitness assessment, get reminders on your phone and chat with the app’s community forums.
FitStar Personal Trainer
This free app was created by former NFL star Tony Gonzalez. It helps you craft a personalized workout plan by asking you a set of questions at the end of every workout. Like Nike Training Club, you can unlock new moves and badges as you improve.
This workout app is designed with busy people in mind. It creates custom workouts as short as five minutes and as long as an hour. You can target any area of your body or choose a specific workout, including strength, cardio, yoga, stretching and pilates.
