Customer Service - Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return your item(s) in its original condition for an exchange or refund.  Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. 

How to return a product: Contact us at CustomerService@EndorphinWarrior.com or call (949) 360-1508 for a Return Authorization Number.  We will issue you a return number (RMA number) that is to be printed on the outside of the packaging you return your item to us in.  Items must be received back at our warehouse within 10 days of receiving your RMA number.  Please include a copy of the packing slip you received with your purchase, along with an explanation for the exchange/return.  Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.
