Customer Service - Product Availability

We are a small company and work very hard to provide you with unique and inspired products.  All of our products are original creations by Endorphin Warrior, and some of them take long production lead times.  As a result, from time to time, we may run low on inventory.  If receiving your order by a particular date is critical to you, please contact us by telephone or e-mail.  We promise to communicate with you to let you know whether or not it will be possible for you to receive your shipment by the date needed.

If an item is on back order: If an item is currently on back order, we make every attempt to include this information with the item on our website.  We will never charge you for an item unless we have it in stock.  If you place an order for an item on back order, you will not be charged for this item until we have it in stock.  We will then notify you when your order ships.
